The paper book comes out on Nov 1, the PDF is available today, and other ebook formats will be available in about three weeks. I'll be putting up a download site for the whole thing in November.

I'm extremely attracted to Naoto Hattori's sticker collection (also available as prints and in other forms), shown here. $20 is steep for a sheet of stickers, even a 11.8" x 16.6" sheet, but these are just so danged spesh.
