Primary Responsibilities
The Marketing Data Analyst develops predictive modeling applications in support of client production requirements and construction of new data solutions.
  • Designing, executing, and analyzing databases
  • Participating in the design, development and maintenance of core data variables
  • Analyzing, categorizing, and interpreting findings and sharing recommendations in the context of a client's business and marketing goals
  • Strengthening True North's market analytic and ROI capabilities
  • Sharing reporting/analytic best practices and insights through communications, formal meetings, and presentations
Requirements
  • Demonstrated expertise in the application of predictive models for production applications
  • A master's degree (PhD preferred) in computer science, management information systems, or a related field and a minimum of 4 years of experience
  • A self-motivated personality with the ability to work well with others in a dynamic, collaborative environment
  • Ability to effectively communicate solution designs and concepts, both verbally and in writing, to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to commit to the successful completion of a campaign or project from the beginning to end
  • Ability and willingness to engage with clients and sales in a support role by exercising communication skills and appropriate business savvy
  • Must live in or relocate to the Chattanooga, Tenn., area
