S&T Will Have Unexpected 4Q Loss, Chairman To Step Down
Dec. 30 (Bloomberg) -- S&T; System Integration & Technology Distribution AG said it expects to report an operating loss in the fourth quarter, a worse result than it predicted in October. The group also said that Andreas Frech would step down as the company’s chairman but remain on its supervisory board.
