The M6E Magnum was issued to special ops ODST units, which is why it is not seen being used by common marines in Halo 3. It is equipped with a silencer and is much like the M6D Pistol in many ways. It has a smart linked scope integrated within the gun which links to the HUD of any SPARTAN or ODST.It is a more powerful gun than the M6G and M6C Magnums, but not as powerful as the M6D.
