In Halo Wars, the Arbiter hero unit has a special ability, called rage.


When the ability is activated, the player can control the Arbiter



using the control stick, while using the other one to attack.



Like all other Covenant abilities, while the ability is in use



the player loses resources. This method is highly efective against



vehicles. You can even attack air units like Vultures.
