NAND Prices May Rise 15% on Toshiba Outage, Dramexchange Says
Dec. 15 (Bloomberg) -- Prices of NAND flash memory chips used to store data in consumer electronics may rise as much as 15 percent by mid-January after a power outage at Toshiba Corp. disrupted supply, an official at Taiwan’s Dramexchange said.
