It is very easy to do in Halo Reach. First, start a forge game on Powerhouse(easiest map) and make a dumpster anywhere. Then find a slope, and place the dumpster on it on its side. The opening must face down the slope or you will slip out. You need to be an Elite for this to work. Crouch into the dumpster with your friend, and look outside. back up into the corner nearest to you and both of you start jumping very fast. If you try this with one person you will not fly very high. If you are lucky you might get one foot of the ground.
