I saw your edits on the [[Ladders]] page. When you find a page which is a stub but isn't categorized as one you don't add the category but the template. Add the templates{{Stub}} and {{Cleanup}} instead, they not only notify any visitor that this page is a stub/needs to be cleaned up but also adds the corresponding category.
